"Several years ago, we contacted Speedy to locate a very specific condo for a family member who lived in California. We contacted Speedy and we discussed what we were looking for and he set up an email alert to send anytime a listing matched our criteria. This went on for some time as none seemed to really match what our family member was seeking. Speedy periodically contacted us if there was anything he could assist us with finding just the right place. Fast forward, and our family member passed. Not being from the area, we interviewed multiple realtors to sell her current condo. Not being too impressed with the first few we interviewed, Speedy happened to be the last person we interviewed.
